Used by section Scouters to track: Meeting/Events and plans, Lodges/Sixes/Patrols, Dues/Event Fee payments, Attendance, Badge requirement completion
Can also be used to allow parents to indicate if youth are attending events, or not, and for sending out emails to parents of the youth (can log more than 1 email address per youth)
Access is granted to Scouters, or others, by one or more "admins" in the section leadership team
