Problems between Scouters
Any time you don't know where to turn or who to talk to
Minutes of all Group Committee Meetings
Official correspondence from group
Management and maintenance of group equipment (mainly outdoor and camping related)
Maintenance of group lock-up space
Providing booking system for group equipment
Coordination of Section fund-raisers - Popcorn and Cookie Dough
Supports group activities in the community
Common resource for group and sections
Approval of all activities that take place outside of your normal meeting place (the school, or the grounds surrounding it)
Questions about youth safety and event preparations
Answers registration related questions from parents - fees, availability of space, etc.
Guards our heap of gold
Maintaining financial budget and books for the group
Advice/questions on financial matters and tracking
Booking of the schools and informing the schools when we don't need a night (so we get a refund). Let this person know at least 48 hours prior to meeting you won't need the gym for.
